Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Before September 20 midnight: 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
• Before September 20: No refund
  

Modification Policy

• Online participation to in-person participation: Charge of 100€ 
• In-person participation to online participation: No refund
• Delegate substitution: Authorization letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate 2 days prior event starting days + 0 charge
